Auburn, Alabama has numerous subdivisions to choose from. With our favorable weather, multitude of wonderful golf courses and nationally recognized schools it’s a very enticing place for families. Finding the right neighborhood is simply a matter of buyers picking and choosing the things that mean the most to them within their budget.
I like to put the spotlight on a variety of neighborhoods so that people can get a good sense of the variety of housing options we have in the Auburn / Opelika area. There really is something for everyone!
What better way to introduce my newly co-listed property (2214 Springhill Drive) then to shine the spotlight on the gorgeous neighborhood where it is located. Twin Creeks is located within the Auburn City limits but it’s the type of area that has the feel of tranquil and serene estate living. The majority of homes in Twin Creeks were built in the 1980’s and up. A time when homes had bigger bedrooms and overall much more living space than you typically find in today’s new construction houses. Additionally most of these homes are built on spacious lots that are an acre or more in size. It’s the kind of subdivision where you are likely to see neighbors waving at each other as they push a baby stroller. Bikes are frequently spotted with both parents and children enjoying the low traffic cul-de-sac streets.
