We live in a time where the majority of people are deeply entrenched in the cyberspace world. Whether it’s looking for recipes, socializing with old friends on Facebook or looking for a home; most people are using the internet. If you don’t have an agent who is savvy to the ways of the web, it’s not to your benefit.
Whether you’re trying to buy or sell a property, your agent needs to be able to navigate the waters of the internet and use it as both a powerful marketing tool and resource for finding you the right property.
*****Note the above photo was from a blog I had written about a house I sold in White Oaks Subdivision in Auburn, Alabama. I also did a blog about the neighborhood itself.
I use a variety of social media tactics to get my listings seen and make sure that they stay that way. Whether it’s blogging about a particular neighborhood such as my post on White Oaks of Auburn, giving knowledgeable “insider tips” about places of interest in the area, providing contact information for specific experts such as local mortgage lenders etc.-I do it all. When I get a listing I’m going to leverage every avenue to get it sold for my clients. Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram,Twitter and my WordPress blog are just some of the social media tools that I put to use for my clients. I also take advantage of the vast array of ways that CENTURY 21 provides me to enhance my online interaction with potential and current clients. Our easy to use CENTURY 21 site is not only great to look at but it provides a wealth of information for those looking to buy or sell a home.
